The double "Tafelspitz"

1. Open the napkin and put it with the wrong facing outwards on the table.

2. Fold the upper edge to the lower edge to get a bottom opening bag.

3. Fix with one finger both layers in the centre of the lower edge. Than fold the upper layer of the bottom right-hand corner right over to the left hand bottom corner to get some sort of \\\\\\\'cone\\\\\\\'.

4. Put the napkin flat on the table to get a triangle instead of the rectangle on the right and left side. All folds have to be extended.

5. Fold the left hand triangle to the right side now. Than fold the bottom left hand corner of the upper layer to the right hand bottom corner to get some sort of \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'cone\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\' again. Smooth down the folds so that the napkin is lying flat on the table.

6. Now we fold the left hand triangle to the three right hand triangles and set up our double «Tafelspitz».
