Snack receipes for your cocktail party
A classic buffet is not the right thing for a cocktail party. Arrange all of the snacks in bite-sized pieces as finger food that can be eaten without utensils. Calculate 6 – 8 snacks per person, these are not intended to fill anyone up. More important are great drinks and stimulating conversation.
